Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. MailVet is operated by Younes Outerbah, an individual (sole proprietor), who also runs Mentioned (mentioned.click); that is why our contact address is on mentioned.click.

14-day refund on your first payment

If you are not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No reason is needed.

Later monthly renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where a billing error was ours.

How to ask for a refund

  • Reply to your Paddle receipt or use the Paddle link on it (paddle.net), or
  • email hello@mentioned.click with the email address you paid with.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank.

Cancelling

Cancel any time with the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund; ask for one within the 14-day window above.

Free plan and lookup pages

The free plan and the lookup pages cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
